Brief:
Working directly with the founders of The Slow, we were brought in to establish and grow the retail arm of an already successful hospitality brand.
The brief was to translate The Slow’s identity into a considered range of fashion, art and homewares — collaborating with international artists and makers — and to build the systems required to produce, market and sell these products across both physical and digital channels.
Outcome:
We led the set-up of production across Indonesia and Cambodia, sourcing suppliers, developing product ranges and establishing pricing, logistics and fulfilment structures suitable for both B2B and B2C distribution. Systems were put in place to support international shipping, compliance and scalable order fulfilment.
Alongside production, we oversaw the design and launch of a new e-commerce platform housing over 250 product lines, integrating CRM, inventory and production management tools to support day-to-day operations.
The retail arm expanded into new markets through trade partnerships across South East Asia, Australia and Europe, including a successful presentation at Maison&Objet, Paris. The launch was supported by international press coverage across design and lifestyle publications.
