EXECUTION: TOWNHOUSE VILLA
Location: Townhouse Villa Canggu, Bali.
Status: Project completed.
Brief:
To design, procure and produce a full FF&E package for a townhouse villa in Bali, ensuring all elements were fit for purpose within the holiday rental market. The brief required a balance between durability, functionality and visual appeal, creating a space that would photograph well, wear well over time, and feel considered.
Outcome:
Inspired by the geometric forms of modernist architect Pierre Jeanneret, we developed a series of bespoke furniture pieces to sit alongside the villa’s existing minimalist architecture, introducing warmth and texture without disrupting its clarity.
Each piece was made from locally sourced teak and produced in collaboration with Balinese craftsmen, incorporating hand-woven rattan details to bring a softer, more tactile quality to the interiors.
Alongside the furniture, we curated a full FF&E package, including organic bedding and bathroom linens, contemporary glassware and ceramics, branded toiletries, planting and accessories such as books and artwork.
The villa launched into a highly competitive rental market and has maintained strong occupancy, performing at around 80% since opening.
